Overcoming Tragedies with Immense Grit & Resilience Becoming An Influencer & Transformation Coach to Inspire & Empower Women
Grit. Resilience. Determination. Call it what you will, we tend to think of these characteristics as essential foundations for success. Indeed, as a Founder of Visionara Group, My Journey is a real exceptional and inspirational story for others to follow the footprints to become strong, optimistic and to overcome fears, troubles & tragedies one could encounter in their lives.
Born on July 15, 1970 in Patna, India to Mr A K Sinha family. I am the second daughter of Flying Officer A K Sinha having one elder sister and a younger brother. I was born in a family that fosters the values of strict discipline of defence life and religious simplicity. Life's lessons learnt early have had a lasting impression on her outlook towards the world.
I am happily married for 26 years and am the proud mother of 5 children- four sons and a sweet little daughter. Some of the tragedies which I had faced could easily break down anyone else. I lost a child before birth, a child at birth, another child fell victim to cerebral palsy and yet another son almost lost an eye and vision in a freak accident. I didn’t allow frustration to creep into her during these times. It has been my husband’s and kids' undaunted support throughout those horrific years that still drives me with all the strength and passion for life to live it happily with my family.
Apart from my involvement in various social causes, I hope to create a social platform to promote, which is about healthcare disparities among special needs and underprivileged children suffering from Cerebral palsy (CP). I firmly believe that generally these special children get complete care by their families however the sufferers are the families of such special children about whom no one knows. I hope and wish to raise awareness on this issue, fundraise and donate to charities that support this cause, alongside helping & empowering women of need and volunteer my services and time as a philanthropist to help underprivileged children receive adequate health care and to help those families to overcome of their sufferings and to live happy.
In 2019-21, I partnered with Ketto, one of Asia’s largest crowdfunding platforms, as the official crowd funding partner of Visionara Global Pageant. with the contestants of VG Mrs India raised more than `12 lakh for Child Help Foundation-NGO through Ketto. Even Kunal Kapoor himself has appreciated my efforts and the efforts of my Pageant’s Contestants.
After my experience working for many years in the educational, charity sector and then as a coach of pageantry, trying to help women find their identity, I found myself always asking two questions. Why do women stay? Why do women leave?
And obviously among many reasons I came with two big conclusions. They lack confidence and they lack financial freedom. So, they feel trapped, unable to react because their mind was programmed with the limited beliefs (especially from the past or from the perpetrators) that they are not good enough, and they are not able to live alone without having a man in their life. The truth is yes, as women we can change life, we can reprogram our mind, we can improve ourselves, we re-create our reality, we can-rebuild our story, restart our journey and master our destiny.
I know how challenging and overwhelming is trying to build a successful business especially being a woman. But you are not alone.
Let me tell you why I decided to start this movement with Visionara Academy.
This is what drove me to stand in this power and be passionate about helping other women do the same, so they become the leader of themselves and not a charity case.
I have been there, and I know what it means to be abused, to fall into that dark zone, to feel isolated, to be scared for your life and your child’s wellbeing, to feel lost in the world and not be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I also know how to get out of this treadmill if for any reason I find myself in that whole again.
I believe we all have that ability to find the light. Women have everything they need: the knowledge, the wisdom, the compassion, the emotional intelligence, the experience, degrees and qualifications. The biggest problem I see most of the time is that they have enough competence but they need more confidence and as a result they can increase their ability to make their own money.
This is also based on my experience that I have done, interviewing women for pageant around the world. All women need is a voice, to stand in their power, build their confidence and be able to monetise their work, their skills and experience.
The world is ready to accept women as independent and we need to be ready to show that we can do anything. It is ok for women to earn the same as men, and it is ok if sometimes women can be more successful. It is ok that women and men collaborate together for gender equality.
We help women to find their light, get out of their comfort zone, tap into their potential, discover their gifts and share them with the world, to gain their financial freedom, inspire others and bring positive impact in society.
Thousands of women will be going to join Visionara Club in the coming years. Now, the good news is yes, and now we are ready to reach millions through our new initiative-Visionara Academy & Visionara Club and help women around the world reach their full potential and inspire millions of people around the world.
That’s why I have started this movement to help female entrepreneurs, normal housewives, young women, retd. women & more to Learn & Achieve to start their online business, leverage it, scale it and take it global. How do I do it? I have created a proven fast track formula which can now be all applied online by creating strategies, systems and processes in the digital world.
I’ve built my own hugely successful global business in pageantry and now into online education. I have taken my online building a tribe of over 30000 females who believe in their potential and will surely come forward to Learn, Grow and to Achieve the Name, Fame and the part of Success.
My background is in education, coaching, mentoring, events, pageantry and passion for women empowerment. And now I want to help YOU.
